Text of Complaint by MANOJ KUMAR:

Infinity (JBL) Glide 500 Wireless Headphones ordered online with Amazon.in with order No.171-2335923-2628312 dated 18th Feb-2021 by paying an amount of R.1599.00.

Amazon delivered a package on 19th Feb-2021, On opening the package i found empty box and ordered item was missing.  Same day called customer care and registered the complaint and Amazon customer care assured that refund/replacement will be provided on investigation and also keeping in view of your past purchase record.

Amazon not shared any complaint number On calling to customer care on 24th Feb-2021, i have surprised to know that Amazon will not be doing any refund/replacement against this complaint. This reply deeply hurt my moral and ethics for just Rs.1599.00 item, which indirectly describes loyal customer as liar. Not sure Amazon and their sellers are cheating how many customers on daily basis by delivering empty boxes and collecting money of ordered items.
