I ordered Royal Son sunglasses and received an empty box. The box was had original seal tampered and retaped. I immediately called the delivery guy on noticing this but he declined my call. I have call records as proof. I called the customer service after that and explained the issue. After that they responded that they have asked their logistics team, the product was delivered and the issue is resolved and won’t be further entertained.
I have been a myntra customer for a long time and this is the first time I am experiencing such negligence and bad customer service over Rs.404 sunglasses.
I’d like my money to be refunded asap.
