I purchased a Women’s Georgette Satin Readymade ethnic wear from Amazon.in( Order # 402-1692148-6779524 dated 02 Feb 2021 and the seller ‘Happy Enterprise’ sent me an empty box on date 07 Feb 2021 after paying Rs. 1999/= . I complained with Amazon immediately after unboxing it and found the box empty.
Though the Customer service assured me to resolve the issue and refund the amount Rs 1999/- asap but after two weeks follow up with Amazon, the Customer Service on date 19 Feb 2021 told me that the refund has been denied without any valid reason.
May I request you to kindly investigate the issue and take appropriate action against the seller and delivery partner and initiate refund of my hard earned money.
I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
