Recently i ordered a smart watch on Amazon. I got the delivery & when i opened the box i got only smartwatch charger with improper condition like before someone opened the box. After this immediately i contacted the Amazon Customer Care and reported the issue. They told me that they will investigate the case and will reply within 5 days. But daily i contact them to know about the updates but they told me that we will update you within the timeline. Then i contact amazon on the given timeline and suddenly they told that our investigation report shows that we have dispatched the right product we can’t do anything if you don’t get it. Oh really.. then wo is the responsible for this. Then i realise that Flipkart is too better than is Worst International Company they only plans how to cheat with Indian’s. After all Flipkart is Indian Brand & i really trust them because sometimes i exchange due to some size issues and all but till date i never face this types if issues with flipkart and then my trust level gone up for flipkart. Those who are reading this please shop from Indian Ecom giant and boycott Amazon. They are earning from Indian’s and also cheating with Indian
