On 11th March I received an empty packet from Amazon India. The packet did not contain any product. Since then I followed up its customers care team through emails and call. I luckily have a video captured by my cctv camera installed which is my only evidence. Amazon team is not ready and helping to check this video. They have closed investigation one sided and not refunding my money
