My name is Narugopal Mondal and I am working as a construction supervisor. I have recently change the company because the last firm Archon Power infra India Pvt. Ltd. I have worked for didn’t gave me my salary of three months and that was from August 2018 to October 2018.
I have worked for Archon Powerinfra India Pvt. Ltd. From 2016 and they gave me my salaries by time every month but from August 2018 they didn’t gave me a single penny. I have requested too much to Managers, HRs of the company, but they always said that salaries will be credited to my account. Now, it’s been more than four months, and they didn’t gave me my due salaries. Even they do not respond now against my call. The address of the company is Archon Powerinfra India Pvt. Ltd., 409, Shapath V, Opp. Karnavati Club, S.G.Highway, Ahmadabad, Gujarat-380015.
Please help me with the matter.
