I did the complaint in Last March 2021 but it not done yet today is june 1st. I am tired of calling employees. One of the employees named JP Yadav (9839001820).,+917428392078.And I talked to the engineer,I am also giving his number .And one more employees she say I’m technically engineer she transferred my complaint to the field. Now have contact with them. Now tell me, I am a customer I’m complaining since continuesly for box changing and these people are avoiding my complaint. Even I visited to the airtel center and gave this my complaint letter near cottonmill still this people did nothing center contact number (9519446756).
These mail is requesting you to take action against them that they ignored me a lot please take action on this I had provided engineer contact number also for your help and get my box changed.This is my box land line/DSL number 05324024157. Please provide action on lease people number with name also given.
