Dear sir,
As per order my order number :- 406-8525045-4365939
I ordered a product One Plus 8T Mobile 23rd January2021. Which I had purchased in EMI, but the order did not convert to in EMI. For which I spoke to your customer executive but no solution was given from their side, Then for this I asked to cancel my order. But then an assurance was given from their side that if the order does not convert to EMI till 4th of February2021, then Amazon will cancel the order and Whole amount return to the account. Which she also mailed to me, which is attached below and also attached the invoice of the same order.
       So far my order has not been converted in EMI by you, and my order has also not been cancelled and return to my whole amount of in my account as told by your side.
       I request you, please check this problem and give me a solution to this problem.
