I paid total amount of 827/- to snap-mint for my EMI,
It was a early payment of 3rd June which was paid on 12th of May, After a week no update on snapmint account. Customer care asked for Payment proof which was provided to there Mailing address.
1of June, still no update on account. Customer care asked for another proof from bank statement.customer care said that it will update within 48 hours.
3 June passed and still no update, tried calling them but line was busy everytime until 7th june, EMI payment is already overdue now. Customer care said that i need to pay again for June and my older payment of 12th may will be updated on july payment.
