I received an SMS from BFL on 07/01/2023 that they will debit RS. 117 for annual charge on EMI network Card which is supposed for purchasing consumer electronics.
As per SMS notification the was 10/02/2023
Unexpectedly BFL used an ECS mandate which is supposed for paying personal loan on 17/02/2023
Since they didn’t collect charges on mentioned date I transferred money to some other purpose.
The bank charged a penalty of RS.450 for not maintaining sufficient balance
