I have raised a loan with Navi or Rs. 80,000. Though it was showing in the app that loan is disbursed, I haven’t received the funds in my account. So, I raised the service request upon which I have shared my account statement. From that point I have been following up, but I never received an update on this all that they have asked is TO GIVE SOME TIME. From last 1week I requested to mark my loan closed else the EMI would be deducted from my account for the loan that I haven’t received. For that request also no one responded. Today the EMI got deducted from my account.
Though I have not received the loan I started paying EMIs.
It have been 3 weeks since I raised the issue with Navi but not looked into it.
