Dear sir/ madam,

I am writing this email to request a refund of the EMI payments that I have made towards my home loan application with your bank. I regret to inform you that my loan application has been rejected and I am no longer in need of the loan.

I had made several EMI payments towards my home loan and I believe that it would only be fair for me to receive a refund of the same since I will not be receiving the loan. I kindly request you to process the refund of the EMI payments that I have made and transfer the amount to my account.

I have attached all the relevant documents related to my loan application and EMI payments for your reference. Please let me know if you need any additional information or clarification.
