Text of Complaint by G.M. Peerzade:

My Loan ID. DMI0000387333

Payment of EMI Rs. 25,299.03 was done on Feb. 1, 2020 as requested by DMI Financey to pay thru Razorpay payment link ID DMI0003995010.

But unfortunately, DMI Customer care flatly denied non receipt of payment. Sent all the payment proof, but nothing happened.

Wrote to their grievance department Level-1 grievance@dmifinance.in waited for 10 days no one replied. Then wrote to Level-2 head.services@dmifinance.in same again no one replied.

Please help me solve this issue.  In the past also, all EMIs were autodebited from my bank account on 7th each month but sending wrong reports to Credit Bureau which is affecting my CIBIL and Experian credit scores.
