Myself, Arin Das from West Bengal.
My mobile number is 8884757105 and alternative number is 9804504541.
I have raised a request to register my email id arin.das@live.com on September 08,2020 however on September 14,2020 got a text saying they were unable to connect my number after numerous try.
I had raised a request again on 15th September for the same however this time also the comment is same and case is closed. My phone is on 24/7 without any network disruption with international roaming activation.
I have contacted to 121 for more than 100 times but the end result is NIL.
Please look into this matter and resolve my issue ASAP as I need eSIM activation very badly.
