Why did I have a loan in Cash express? My Gcash no. is hack while I am asking for a help on applying some of the Online loan because I keep getting declined and they told me to get the otp from gcash so I gaved it to them but suddenly I can’t open my gcash account but then Cash express is still trying to call and reaching me. Please help
