My Order #2878373 was placed on 11th December 2022 which consists of 41 items, so far I have received only 31 of the 41 items and I am still waiting for the balance 10 items. So far there is no update on my order. I have recorded all my interaction with your customer care on phone and email, they always say that the order will be shipped within 48hrs, it has been MONTHS since and no update from your side.

1st Package received on 20-12-2022 (I received 24 items, 18 items missing)
2nd Package received on 07-01-2023 (I received 8 items, 10 items STILL MISSING)

The customer care agent on phone said the accounts team will call me for refund. It has been months and no call or refund.
They haven’t even seen my unboxing video yet. (Its over 5 months)
