Text of Complaint by Arun Singh Jasrotia:

i Have purchased a Dizo R from Flipkart on 8 th of July 2022 after 7 days return policy on the 8th day watch screen stopped working. I couldn’t return it Flipkart because return period was over. Then i went to service centre claiming for warranty and they did replaced it with new. Now again 2-3 days back Watch screen stopped working again having same issues and i went again to service centre for replacement of the product they denied and said its water damage we can’t replace it. Now the problem is watch is 5ATM water resistant then how the water went the watch. Dizo claims that the watch is swim proof. and when i asked them how the water went inside if its 5ATM water resistant they if watcher gets wet with water splashes then buttons on the wat h shouldn’t be pressed and that’s how water got inside and they jave clearly mentioned this on the product description on their website (dizo website).
But the thing is its not mentioned on the Flipkart where i purchased the product from. So please help me out i Spent Rs4000 on the product after knowing that its water resistant. And its not true seriously because its a lie.
