Hi Team,
I purchased this TV from Flipkart 2 years ago and by the time of installation I also purchased 3 years extended warranty from JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICE.
From past two months I had some manufacturing defect in my tv so I called and even mailed them many times to check and repair it . They came and inspect it and after that they took my tv for repairing purpose saying they will repair it and send it back within 2-3 days . After receiving Tv from them, repairing was not at all done they just return it back as it is and the same procedure continues,I mailed them for the repairing purpose and then they came took the tv and return but still issue was not resolved.This went on and on and now this is the 5 th time they took the Tv for repairing and after one two hours we startes facing some more issue then before and I have called them many times and even mailed them with pictures and videos but no strict action was taken . Please take some strict action against JEEVES team.
