i have done a bill payment of rs 16022 on paytm which order id is 7137658335 on 22 jan 2019 which is still pending . new bill genrated by JVVNL which includes this amount
according to RBI you can take maximum 48 hours for any proceesing i.e. bill payment but its 4 days
