Text of Complaint by Bhaven Thakrar:

I have paid my electricity bill on 4th sep 2021, but it is failed through airtel app, have also received message from airtel stating that it is failed and it’s been more then a month now amount is not refunded. Requested multiple times on mail with screenshots of message and also transaction number but they responded this transaction do not belong to them.
Pathetic still waiting for the refund amount of 1340/-
