Dear sir,

I srikanth Kumar,on 02-02-2023 I made an electricity payment of 5512/- in mobikwik application the payment was successfully done and the receipt also generated and amount also debited from my account,but the amount was not reflected to TSSPDCL operator they have been searched in there data base and said that the was not received to them.I also personally went to bank and asked whether the payment was stuck at the bank.they have also searched and said the payment was debited from my account.
