Text of Complaint by VIKRANT MADHUKAR AWALE:

I have been raise the complaining about my light meter at MSCBE Vasai (Naigaon East) for last 6 months. I have all the proofs but my light meter is faulty and so it is written on the light bill. I have been going to the MSCBE office for the last 6 months to reduce my light bill and change the meter, but my light bill has not been reduced and my meter Not replaced. The manager and the wireman in this office talk to me every day, tomorrow, today, and today my meter is cut. Still report me. Same they have suggest to me for change the meter & pay for the same, But faulty part supply by the dealer so why should I pay for that.
I have been raise the complaining about my light Bill at MSCBE Vasai (Naigaon East) for last 6 months. I have done grievance race before so my old grievance details are as follows please check Docket Number : – 2978036. I have installed a new meter by paying Rs. 2500 with my own money, how will I get a refund for it? And when will my bill decrease? The meter has been faulty for the last 6 months, so how did I get the 13600 light bill? Please let me know .
My meter was off for 6 months because it was faulty. I went to MSCBE Vasai office many times and complained but no one listened to me. They asked me to buy meter with my own money. Then I bought meter with my own money. I was getting normal bill 400/500 but that 6 months I got 13500 light bill in. Why should I pay so much light bill when it is not my fault? And so many times I complain but these people cut my meter and harass me. Who will compensate me? I had done grievance before but it didn’t work. Now you tell me what to do?
I have complained to you many times before but you do not solve my problem My meter was faulty from March 2012 to September 2021. I went to MSCB Naigaon East and Vasai office every month and complained many times but no one listened to me and paid me 13700 light bill and threatened to cut the connection if light bill is not paid. And also cut my CONECTION 2 to 4 times. Then in September I was asked by the office to buy the meter with my own money and so I bought and installed the meter with my own money but it also burned the meter and now it has been 4 days now I am in darkness. I have complained many times before but Wireman comes to cut my connection and gives me a lot of mental anguish. I have only 3 bluffs and 2 fans in my house but I have been billed 13700 but when I complained about this I was given an average 6000 bill but when there is no meter reading and I don’t use my light much why should I pay 6000 light bill? I complain a lot but Wireman is coming to cut my connection frequently and they are bothering me and who will compensate my family and me for all this ? Please pay attention and tell me final how much light bill I have to pay and when my meter will be changed because I am tired now. and please I want justice now If you are not solving my problem then tell me who to complain to and I think you are not paying attention to my complaint. My family and I had a hard time in all this process and now this Wireman is coming to cut my CONECTION by complaining again and again. Please tell me how many days I will complain. Don’t look at my end now. I’m so bored with your work now I am giving you all the proofs. Please see it
