Hello sir/Madam,
Every two months I will pay 700 to 900 as current bill, my consumed units will be 400 for two months, but this time due to pandemic the officer from EB has came after four months and calculated the units stating 1170 units, for more than thousand units your charge is 4000 rs, how come it’s possible, why they didn’t calculate for two months, it’s a big robbery, I am a normal poor person, I don’t know where to complain this, searched on my phone found this website, registering my complaint. Thank you, I believe
