Text of Complaint by M R K T VARMA:

when the meter reading is low or zero the electrical bill was gone up to 670/- which the minimum amount should be 150/-
My meter number is 1413290257001660 of APEPDCL. Which the extra amount in the means of SF amount is 522/- why ? The meter reading is 0 for one month 20th June to 19th July bill.
