I have ordered Navratri special Dhoti & Bottom vide order Id 409206245371 from meesho. They have delivered totally wrong product & now denying for pick up by saying quality check is failed & customer care saying meesho has delivered right product so we can not help & return is not possible. Please help me for refund my amt. They are sending again & again only one mail we can not return the product as per company policy.

You mail only saying we can not help. Fraud by meesho. You must have to arrange the pickup & refund my amt. You are saying right product os delivered how can you say this packet is opened bye & inside is totally wrong product.
