I had ordered a product from tata cliq but due to size issues i requested for a return and now no one from the company has reached my location for a pickup and has been cancelling my pickup order without any reason, it is so traumatic situation for me, whenever i try to call the number given by Ekart it says the line is busy please try again later. It’s a clear fraud, i request for the honourable government authorities to kindly take strict action against these fraudsters.
