had purchased nikon z50 mirrorless camera by Flipkart (order I’d OD225647352289382000 purchased date 04.08.2022). But seller Sending different model i.e. D60 as well as total damaged/second hand (no mechanism in camera, broken lens,unserviceable batteries and adaptor, damaged straps etc) items as well as missing product (eyecap, earcap etc). I was raised complaint many times in Flipkart but not done replacement as per policy and not refund my money yet. I want only refund . and I want that Flipkart pay later deleted emi shown on 05 September 2022. I will not pay any emi because of I didn’t get product as shown Flipkart description.
Then Flipkart finally raise process of refund by picking up damaged product. But ekart logistics reject picking product again and again.
