My order 2 not delivery but show delivered and recent 1 order fraud another product (other country Italy chikko toothpaste) delivery boy loss my money
I’m raising this complaint against only on delivery boy wrost service.
The delivery agent / boy acts very hard with the authorized customer and orders the customers to bring the parcel out when they arrive at our place. He was very rude and if you wanted to complaint on me you could complaint
Very rude and disrespectful delivery agent from ekart, he refused doorstep delivery and asked me to take the courier from someones office.
during covid 19 i was given product from other country italy which can be very harmful for me and my family i have lost my money due to this fraud delivery
can i have my luggage or money
Strict action against ekart logistics delivery agent so that this type of fraud does not happen
that’s the hope
