I had placed an order in Flipkart which was delivered by Ekart logistics I placed an order of a mobile in exchange offer and I paid completely while placing the order I was cheated by Flipkart delivery executive while taking mobile in exchange offer delivery executive said to format my mobile then he downloaded some application and said I need to pay extra due to minute scratch on mobile (which is not visible clearly) then he did some check marks on his mobile in Flipkart app and said to pay Rs. 550/- showing same in Flipkart app
After formatting I cannot use any UPI apps then I paid him in cash he said I have updated in app it will show in my Flipkart account which didn’t, when I checked with Flipkart they said nothing is updated related to payment which clearly shows delivery executive is cheated me
