I ordered a bottle from flipkart which arrived on 30th of July’23. The delivery boy asked me to get the cash and said meanwhile I’ll open and check the bottle as it was an open box delivery and I wasn’t even aware of what exactly is an open box delivery. I came back handed him the cash shared the otp and took the delivery, which was packed as he clicked it’s pic and uploaded it without even showing me and when I came back in and open the package I saw that there’s a dent on the bottle cap, I tried contacting flipkart but they said they can’t do anything as it’s not in their policy. So it was the delivery boy’s mistake who didn’t show me the product and before this I didn’t even know what is an open box delivery.
