Text of Complaint by Akshay Shah:

Dear team,

We want to make a complaint against Ekart and Pickrr. We used their services to send a carton to a customer, they lost the carton worth about Rs. 25000 and for two months did not tell us where it was, then after repeated emails they said, the carton is around 80kms away from our warehouse and if we do collect it within “24-48 hours” they will dispose of the carton. We panicked and spent an additional Rs. 3500 to travel to their warehouse in a truck to pick up the carton and when we reached their warehouse they tell us the carton is not there. After a few weeks they tell us the parcel is lost and cannot be traced and offer us a refund of only Rs. 2000. This email to send us to a far-off warehouse was a ploy to cheat small people like us, if we had not gone their to check they would have told us that since we failed to collect the carton and hence was disposed off but in the bargain to collect a Rs. 25000 carton we spent almost Rs. 3500 which they have failed to refund us.
