Text of Complaint by Manjesh:

Hi Bought a dell 21.5 monitor from Amazon and however the monitor base stand was missing from the package. The same was immediately informd to Amazon customer service team. However the amazon team said to wait for 2 days as they have raised a query for their internal investigation itseems. But after 2 days they said they denied my claim saying that the package was sent intact itseems. This is absolutely came as surprising of dishonouring the claim as the base wasn’t there. Hence request you to get the complaint lodged and do the needful in this regard.
