I took a trial course at scaler after they promised me a job at meta.I missed the deadline to cancel the course and they are now making me pay for the entire course of 3 lakhs by forcing me to pay an emi of 10500 per month. If I don’t pay EMI I am getting continuous calls from the loan party. I didn’t intend to take this course in first place. Just because I missed the deadline for refund of initial amount they enrolled me into whole course. They also didn’t mention anywhere that if we fail to withdraw In the trial period we should pay for entire course. I tried to attend the classes which are supposed to be complete in 9 months but are still continuing for more months.I am paying out of my hard earned money receiving nothing in return as they have recently changed the clause to no placement gaurentee. Is there a possibility to get the paid money back or atleast stop the emi and course from this moment. I have contacted them immediately after I came to know this and several times in between but there was the same response that I should pay for the entire course. This is the case with many students.
