I have order for educart class 10 CBSC board question bank on dated 17.04.2023 by regd mobile.9984950127, delivered to me dated 23.04.2023, but one book received math. instead of English, other than ok. I ticket raised on same dated 23.04.2023 for return and replacement, similarly courier boy received the all books from me dated 24.04.2023. Then i continue followed up to Amazon customer care regular basis, but wrong feedback to me. then i compain your nodal office, he confirm to me, ” your order is cancelled and cheque issue by seller today”
Yet, i have not any ticket raised for cancellation. any book not received till date. after 20 day approximately result is nil. while order on dated 17.04.2023 for Rs.1861/- now 4 books price Rs.2200/-
Nearest bank from me 60 km, one day leave taken for deposit the cheques, Safer by my daughter for next year board exam. preparation.
Hence requested to you, please arrange or sending the book to my address and do not refund/required the cheque.
