On 3rd March 2022 I have purchased the edc machine of paytm and within one month from the date of purchase i have called paytm executive to deactivate the machine because i want surrender it. The executive on call told me that you will get the full refund of INR 6999/-
But till today I haven’t received any refund. Called many times but no solution given till date.
Machine surrender request given on 27 march 2022, They came to take machine on 5th April 2022
