Ref: Nita Sarees, Panjim Goa
Sub : Recurring debit of Rs 750.00 deducted by you from our current account.
Dear Sirs,
This refers to our several phone conversations had with your customer service over the last 18 months, regarding your auto debit of Rs750.00. The owner of the business my wife expired since last 2 years. The business is closed since then, as I am 73 years old senior citizen, but you have not stopped the auto debit despite several requests. Your phone associates have made several promises over these months but the auto debit continues. My bank a/c is almost empty now.
I request you to immediately return Rs13500.00 deducted by you over the last 18 months, and stop the auto debit immediately.
I googled your auto debit system and found 1000”s of complaints against you. This seems to be a big scam perpetrated by you, where you take some signatures from the shop owners, under some pretext and keep charging them for their life time.
Finally if you do not re-imburse me the above amount immediately and stop the auto debit, within one week, I will mark a copy of this mail to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and to the Office of The Prime Minister with a request to investigate how many business people you are scamming for years with this trick. Meanwhile I am posting this mail on every available complaint forum on the internet.
