Text of Complaint by PRAVEEN:

we took just dial services for housekeeping services for a year,the contract is over.They have the advance amount of 10000 with them.

now we want to stop their services but they are not stopping ECS they say that the cancellation term is 60-90 days and they will deduct the money from account and if the money is not paid they will take cheque bounce charges.

the contract is over since a year ago and not signed a fresh contract again but they are debiting money from my account and they say now you have to make payment for these 60-90 days.

what should I do now plecase help me as I don’t want to use their services
