All,
I am Dushyant Bhavsar,owner of The firm Name MY TOURS, engaging in Railway ticket booking agent and I registered my business on just dial in mid August 2023 for leads for ticket booking service searching people’s and teacellers. I was called Just Dial for my Advertisement promotion requirements and Just Dial attanged Mr.Pradip for my assistance. As per the executive Mr.Pradip Gohil that visited me, only explained plan monthly charges ₹3000+GST,and I was bargaining for some discounts and he was given me rate ₹1500+gst as per he get final approval from Just Dial authority.
I pay online payment in advance as per asked by Executive ₹.3550/- for 2 months advance and after I was given assurance to be start my contract soon. He was not taken my sign on any contract, any terms and conditions or any other legal documents. He only signed 3 ECS mandates without fill any bank details if my bank account. After 7 working days I was folloed up till 45 days Just Dial not started my servies and executive not replied further. So called customer service representative and support email and get some reply. After too much follow up executive asking me for my tempted photos of my business premises, also he was guide me to made fake documents and corrections in Udhyam Aadhar certificate. He was taken OTP from me for this forgery. After long time he finish documents to JD. and my contacts was started.
I was paid 3 months payment.
On dated 09/10/2023 I was canceled my railway ticket booking license and shut my business due to some medical issues with my parents. And I request to Mr.Pradip executive for surrender my plan and stop monthly ECS from my bank account.
He was totally disagree,angry and insulted me and threatened me that contract is for 1 year and not be cancelled any any circumstances. I literally requested but he doesn’t not hear me and constantly harrased ne by mobile calls and threatened me to not refund. I say I will go for legal actions against JUST DIAL and all related staff, he said go and do what you want we will do anything.
I was totally demoralised and need legal assistance. So I file this complaint.
I request for hear my side and take quick action against Just Dial.
I also check and reviews online I get found Just Dial frauds like me to various companies and persons. And ECS frauds are still running.
He has doesn’t take any contract hard copy or any other legal documents for contact signings and not taken any documents from me I can avail the facility (get leads) for 1.5 month on a payment of 5310/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in June 2017 end. I started getting leads.
Later in October 2023, a deduction of 1770/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.
I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can’t stop it.
The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3months and the amount will deduct from 1770- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the sevices by initimating just dial one month before.
I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.
I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.
