Text of Complaint by DIPAK JOSHI:

Dear Sir,

As discussed on phone with you I have subscribed in justdial in the month of March 2020. At that time executive said to me that your subscription is valid for one year only. after one year completed in march, my subscription still continues from April 2021.
I have contacted customer care in July 2021 and asked them to discontinue my ECS but I have received an answer that your ECS was discontinuous after 3 months. But my ECS is still continued!!!!!!!! The last ECS was deducted from the account on 15th Dec 2021.

Pls, refer to your auto-generated mail which I received on July 2nd, 2021.

Again last time request you to cancel my ECS on an urgent basis otherwise I will take legal action against the company.
