I have purchased windows 10 pro upgrade from ecomput.com online on 21st May, 2021. 1st fraud is they have mentioned delivery within 30 seconds after payment which in my case I got after 24 hours. Then those keys were not working for upgrade, so I wrote and email and they have provided another key to try, which resulted same as previous one. So, I wrote email again with snaps attached and since 3 days they are not replying anymore. I got this item for almost 1100 INR. Kindly take legal action against them, I’ll provide all the attachments and order id/details. I am attaching zip file which contains 3 snapshots of order and others 2 are for keys not working on windows upgrade.

I have used its service, its not fraud. You need to follow steps provided in the email.
In email there should be two seral keys. First you need to enter by disconnecting internet as mentioned in the email.
I was also confused when I got their email.
