found a ecommerce website called as laxmistudio.shopify.com with good clothing collection and discounts , i placed an order of 3 kuthis with buy 2 get 1 free offer which costed 499rs including fast shipment of 2 days delivery. i got a order confirmation from an email id retrobella840@gmail.com , order id is 1571 , but now its been over a week i dint get any update of my order when i try to check the website i cant find the website anymore it just vanished and when i email to the order mail i get an error mail that the email id doesnt exist now i am very sure that this is a fake website i lost my 499rs and i made this using my debit card online prepaid transaction made now i am very concern and worried i have all the screenshots and mails with me even the bank transaction statement proof some one please help me to punish that website owner and file a case on them and help me get my money back please.
