Subject: Complaint Against Fraudulent Seller

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction involving a seller and delivery service provider. The details of the incident are outlined below:

1. **Transaction Details:**
– Date of Order delivery: 12.03.2024
– Platform Used: makerdens.myshopify.com
– Seller’s Name: Maker Dens
– Amount Paid: 899/-
– Mode of Payment: Cash on Delivery

2. **Description of Incident:**
On 12.03.2024, I received a package via the delivery service provider, Shadowfax, which contained two pairs of jeans that I had ordered from the seller Maker Dens. However, upon unboxing, I discovered that both pairs of jeans were torn and unusable, bearing no resemblance to the advertised product. It became apparent that I had fallen victim to a fraudulent scheme orchestrated by the seller.

3. **Attempts to Resolve:**
– Upon discovering the discrepancy, I immediately attempted to contact the seller through the provided contact information i.e email id moonsingh9991@gmail.com but received no response.
– I also reached out to Shadowfax, the delivery service provider, to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, they directed me to contact the seller directly.

4. **Evidence:**
– Photos of the received items clearly showing the damage and disparity from the advertised product.

5. **Request for Resolution:**
I seek a full refund of the amount paid for the fraudulent purchase, as well as any associated expenses incurred in attempting to resolve the issue. Additionally, I request that appropriate action be taken against the fraudulent seller to prevent further exploitation of unsuspecting consumers.

6. **Conclusion:**
I believe that my rights as a consumer have been violated due to the deceptive practices of the seller and the lack of adequate support from the delivery service provider. I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Court Authority to facilitate a fair and timely resolution to this matter.
