had order pickup for ecomexpress in dungarpur but since from last 15 days no one was coming for pickup and yesterday he came for pickup and took parcel. In evening i got message that parcel is not picked up then i called delivery person he said he is new and coming here for first time. Then he gave me number of other person i contacted and he said me parcel bar code is not able to print then i said retun parcel and send back to me he said ok . In morning i called and he said I won’t return your parcel do whatever you want to do or complain whereevr you want . This is the condition of dungarpur office worst service no responsibility and even arguing and angry with me in abusive way kindly take immediate action against dungarpur office rajasthan
