My name is yogesh kumar godara residence of New Delhi . I made a transaction to KALBRO SERVICES through Qr code scan Paynearby.9971963420@indus on 21-04-2023 by upi but the banificary denied that the amount not received in her account . The amount debited from my account, I’ll share my bank statement with the kalbro service in which the transaction done successfully but still they denied that the amount not received in there account, so I’ll reach to my bank for the resolution of this transaction, after that bank make a complaint a regarding this issue, around after 15 days bank trace this transaction and respond that the transaction done successfully to KALBRO SERVICES account on same day , I’ll share every communication with the bank to KALBRO SERVICES but they still denied that amount not credited to there account.
