I have been facing issue with ECOM Express Kasaragod. They always ask us to collect the parcel from nearby town or from their office and do not deliver the order to the address (home) given. In case of costly orders how can I give OTP in phone and believe that the person will deliver it in the town. It has been happening now quite a while and no one has raised voice against it. If they do not wish to deliver they can directly reject before taking the parcel so other courier services who are good can do the needful.
