I am writing this complaint in assumption that at least consumer court could do something to resolve the issue with amazon product delivery. Following are the order details.
1. ORDER # 407-6356080-7438721(1 item)
Tracking ID: 2024918816

2.ORDER # 407-7145033-7457101 (3 item in single order)
Tracking ID: 2024889806

3.ORDER # 407-0640893-2121163(1 item)

4.ORDER # 407-4117919-5241957(1 item)
Tracking ID: 2025115564

5. ORDER # 408-9972371-4326706(3 item)
Tracking ID: 2025396426

 These items are ordered on 17th of November 2020 and till now(4th December) it has not delivered not even single item. The courier person (Ecom express,Mallappally) is returning these items without my permission to the seller.
Most of the time i could see that the item has reached the local courier facility ( MALLAPPALLY MPY,, Kerala IN ) located near to my house, I received a call from *EComExpress *delivery person and asked me to come and collect the item from other location since my house location
was not covered under his route. I informed Amazon Customer service at the same moment and as a follow-up, *Amazon* assured me that Item would be delivered to my door-step by next day. On same day itself i have received an sms saying that two items had returned to seller. All the proceeding days, I called Amazon and asked about the status, and every time *Amazon *assured me that It would be delivered. It was a false commitment from amazon.
 I could see that same thing has happened for all my other orders as well. You may please check my past orders. I have not returned any of the items till today.
Here My concern is why amazon is giving me false commitment ? I could see that many people has raised the same complaint against Ecom express,Mallappally but what action have you taken against them ?
I have called the amazon service more than 8 times for these cases and till now i have not received even a single call from them.
 1. Why amazon is committing that the item is delivering to door step and not doing any followup for proper delivery and providing update to customer. It will be good practice and please think about it.
 2. Who gave the rights to Ecom express for cancelling my order and returning it to seller. It is my right to cancel the order at any time. Even for any reason for returning the item it has to be with my due permission.
 3. You should escalate this to courier service concerned person and take necessary action against him.
 4.I kindly request amazon to consider all inconvenience caused in this regard and issue compensation. Otherwise, if Amazon can’t commit delivery today, what would be the next step?. I’m not ready to cancel the order from my side.
I assume that someone would be able to take action against him.
