Hi,
Recently I’ve booked a hotel “The Umrao” for one day (24 May 2023 to 25 May 2023) via EaseMyTrip.com site and prepaid the amount of Rs 5578 in advance. When I visited the hotel, the hotel denied the checkin and when asked they told rooms are unavailable at the moment. They further told me to talk to EaseMyTrip customer support.
Following what the hotel said, I tried to get some help from EaseMyTrip consumer support team but had no luck and didn’t get the hotel room that day (24 May 2023).
Being in new city for the first time, I was helpless that day and was left with no option. This all happened because of worst service of EaseMyTrip.com and it’s employees. The way they took booking and entire amount for hotel, and further not able to provide the hotel to customers is big fraud in itself.
Further on 24th May 2023, I’ve to get another hotel and have to pay again for it as I’ve left with no option.
Still I’m following with EaseMyTrip.com to get my refund of Rs5578 but they’ve no updates for me.
I’m sharing with you guys all of my booking details of hotel “The Umrao”.
Please help me get my refund of Rs 5578 as soon as possible.
