Text of Complaint by Paras Rastogi:

I booked a GoAir flight for 04/06/2023 via EaseMyTrip. The flight was cancelled by GoAir. Till now I have not received the refund (not even a single penny or even an update for the same). I have tried to get in touch with both (EaseMyTrip and the airlines), but no one is ready to take the responsibility for this.
I have paid 7744INR to EaseMyTrip for booking the airline ticket. Now that the airline has cancelled the ticket they are saying that they will refund the money only when the airline refund to them. They are not ready to provide any update on when will this happen. I have already waited for 1.5 months for the refund.
I had a call with a customer support executive named Neha today. She was just saying that “They can do nothing and when the airline will return the money then only you will get”. She was not even transferring the call to her supervisor.
If EaseMyTrip is not sharing the profit with the customers, then why are sharing the losses with us. Its their headache to get back their money. But I paid easeMyTrip (they also charge 300 convenience fee), so they should be the one who give me my money back.
