I had purchased a earpode yesterday from a Instagram add live sale from a Boatmusic the link is https://boat-fire1.live/54947020880/orders/1321b483d2dd8bf909aa356cc65c5129 the sale is still going on you can check it as many people’s purchased same from that site . So my matter is I purchased a set of earpods yesterday from this site I paid them they said my order is completed but they didn’t gave me my order tracking number and delivery date for the product I tried to email them as they a email for complaint which is not available at anywhere there is no customer care number on this site and many misleading information in their privacy policy they are selling our personal information with 3rd party and froading people’s day by day I want my money back with a compensation of amount 1 lakh as they harash us many times and I request you to block all the adds on Instagram, Facebook and on several social apps as they just froading people’s by these adds .I demand compensation amount of 1 lakh . And this site is powered by Shopify app which also be a equally liable for the froad with consumers I also demand of compensation from this app owner too .
