This loan has been falsley open in my name just like Navi Loans for the same amt was opened last year. After disputing the same a lot and having that written off in april 2023, these guys have changed the name of the lending org and are harassing me again by opening this loan which is a result of a loan app fraud like other loans marked in my screenshot attached below. Even after repeatedly asking CIBIL to mark it as Account doesn’t belong to me, they continue to favor the fraudsters and affect my credit score. I have all the valid police complaints with me. but still CIBIL and these fraudsters continue to harrass me. If this is not resolved immediately I have will have to go social and take this up with the Commissioner as well. The police will also get affected as they only File NC for my complaint but refused to file an FIR, but this is also enough for justice to be served.
The accounts marked in RED, do not belong to me & are a result of a loan app fraud done in my name and hacking my account and personal details like my contacts and all documents on my phone.
The accounts marked in GREY have been paid off and shouldn’t reflect.
The ones marked in Yellow is a duplicate card and not with me and closed.
